The Full Moon olive oil and vinegar duo features extra virgin olive oil made from Arbequina olives, picked during the full moon in October, a time known for its perfect ripeness. On the other end, the Grand Reserve Vinegar is made from Pedro Ximenez grapes and aged in American oak barrels for more than 12 years.
