New showrooms made their debut in the showroom buildings during the New York market. Among those welcoming market-goers to their new digs were Creative Bath, which opened a large bright new showroom on the tenth floor at 7W to showcase its extensive range of bath textiles and furnishings, storage items and casual entertaining accessories; Wilton Armetale, which moved into a new location at 7W that allows the company to better display its selection of products, including a new ceramic dinnerware line; and L’Objet, which

debuted its new space on the 16th floor at tabletop building 41 Madison for its luxury giftwares.

Also at 41 Madison, Reed & Barton, one of America’s oldest privately held silversmith companies, renewed its lease on the 7th floor, according to Laurie Burns, senior vice president and building director. Said Burns, “Everyone at Forty One Madison and Rudin Management (owner of the building) is proud this industry leader has been on our tenant roster now going on its fourth decade.”

Shady Lady will open a new High Point, NC, showroom located in the International Home Furnishings Building at Wren 254. “Our new showroom is larger and more centrally located, which we are very excited about,” explains Susie Morter, Shady Lady president. A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 18 starting at 4:00 p.m. Designer and TV personality Michael Payne will be present and a gala with refreshments will follow the ceremony.
