GLM, IHA Decide Not to Collaborate
By Staff -- Gifts and Dec, 12/13/2009 4:50:00 PM
GLM, producer of The Gourmet Housewares Show, and The International Housewares Association (IHA) weren't able to reach an agreement to work together, the groups said in a joint statement. The two show producers had agreed to jointly conduct an industry survey about the need for housewares focused shows in the U.S. and the results of that survey formed the basis for their discussions, which have now concluded.
The announcement comes on the heels of GLM's recent decision to relocate the Gourmet Housewares Show to New York, where it will run as part of the winter New York International Gift Fair.
Further announcements about future plans will be made independently by both organizations.
We would love your feedback!
