Logan, UT – Infant products manufacturer JJ Cole Collections announced its acquisition of the assets of diaper bag producer Fleurville Inc.
“Fleurville has a fantastic brand, history, and reputation of quality bags,” said JJ Cole CEO Jeremy White. “Through the acquisition of Fleurville, JJ Cole will be able to execute a multi-brand strategy to provide our customers with a wider product offering.”
Fleurville designed and manufactured such bags as the Mothership, Sling tote, and the Lexie tote. Recognized as one of the environmental leaders in parenting products, Fleurville was one of the first PVC-free companies and has recently launched the use of special fabric treatments to decrease the impact of these products on natural resources.
JJ Cole products are available in more than 1,500 stores nationwide as well as through major retail web sites.
JJ Cole plans to continue the Fleurville range of products. Customers can expect the same high quality Fleurville bags and continued customer support they have come to expect. JJ Cole will also apply its model of constant innovation to the Fleurville line, expanding the range of products over time.
JJ Cole is best known for its BundleMe, which has changed the bunting market in the industry.
EGM & Company served as exclusive financial advisor to Fleurville in connection with the transaction.
