Z Gallerie closing 25 stores |
Gardena, CA — Home furnishings and decorative accessories retail chain Z Gallerie is closing 25 stores across the country, including all four of its Ohio locations, citing "deteriorating economic conditions", according to www.wkyc.com. About 350 employees will be affected. Fifty-two locations will remain open. The company also plans to consolidate its distribution network to reduce costs and increase operating efficiency. But it’s not all bad news; Z Gallerie opened a new 10,000 square foot location in North Naples, FL, according to www.naplesnews.com.
