Licensing Roundup: December 3

Nashville, TN-based stationery and gift manufacturer C.R. Gibson has inked a new licensing arrangement with Carter’s children’s brand to produce three new collections of photo, memory and gift products. Named Laguna, Meadowlark and Just Hatched, they will debut at the January 2010 winter markets.

ITV STUDIOS Global Entertainment and Zinkia signed the master-toy licensing agreement in the USA and Canada with toymaker Bandai America Incorporated for the animated children’s series Pocoyo. Toy products will be available to consumers Fall 2010.

The Yoga Dogs series by photographer Dan Borris is now available for licensing opportunities through Looking Good Licensing

Mark Feldstein & Associates and United Media agreed that MFA will offer a series of licensed wall and alarm clocks with sounds, commemorating the 60th anniversary of the PEANUTS comic strip. The line is scheduled for distribution in April 2010.

4Kids Entertainment was named worldwide licensing agent and brand manager by the Latin American Multimedia Corporation for bilingual preschool entertainment property dos y dos. 

Woolrich Home Furnishings will showcase a comprehensive assortment of products from each of their home furnishings brand partners at the upcoming Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market to be held January 8-11, 2010. The space is located in AmericasMart Building 1, Floor 2, in the High Country Lodge, #N07-11. As well as Woolrich’s first Atlanta appearance, the exhibit will mark the product debuts of the brand's two newest licensees, Lynn Haney Collection and Rowe Pottery Works. 

Enesco LLC formed a new licensing relationship with The Trail of Painted Ponies art and collectibles brand.Originally started as a public art project in Sante Fe, NM, The Trail of Painted Ponies became a collectible seven years ago. Beginning in January 2010, Enesco will craft and distribute The Trail of Painted Ponies figurines and companion collectibles and will introduce new extensions to the brand.
