lt of the company’s recently completed Chapter 11 restructuring. The company is now owned by Sun Capital Partners and Catterton Partners.“This is a fresh start for us,” said Laurie Giner, president and CEO.
The company is also relocating its headquarters to Waukesha, WI, in early 2010. The new office is larger, which suits the company’s plans for growth, as well as having a more functional layout to “create a more collaborative environment,” according to Gilner.
Perfect Timing also hired Cash Claridge as director of gift and specialty sales. Claridge previously served as director of sales at Demdaco for over six years.
The company, which did not exhibit at the Atlanta show in July, plans to do so in January in the new Ivystone showroom 1807, where it will debut new calendar formats and a new line of Disney calendars and stationery specifically designed for the gift and specialty industry.
Nice to know that these scumbags can continue to do business yet screw many people out of their due by filing bankruptcy. Hope that they fail at this new venture. They have really cheapend their products and no longer represent anything that is quality or innovative in nature.

Why would Disney and others deal with a company that has hurt so many
venders and artists. The only reason this company has any money is
because the courts let them go bankrupt and let them out of 21 million
they owed to venders. PERFECT TIMING INC.. What a joke.

Please note that the only the corporate name is changing; each of the brands – LANG, Avalanche and Turner Licensing – will remain intact. The individual brands will continue to represent the products and styles they are known for.
