WAC President Nominated for Lighting Leadership Award

Garden City, NY -- WAC Lighting president Shelley Wang was nominated for Residential Lighting Magazine's Industry Leadership Award. Wang launched the company's Responsible Lighting campaign, which highlights a commitment to responsible manufacturing practices and energy efficient technology, as well as providing opportunities for the less fortunate. She also co-organized the American Lighting Association's Youth Initiative and is active with the American Institute of Architects, National Association of Electrical Distributors, Illuminating Engineering Society of North American and National Executive of Women in Hospitality. Wang also serves on the Board of Directors at the New York Asian Women's Center.
