Dicksons Names Vandivier Prez, CEO

Seymour, IN — Jim Potts plans to step down as President and CEO of inspirational gift vendor Dicksons Inc. effective December 31. Steve Vandivier will assume the position of president and CEO. Steve Vandivier owned sales representative firm Vandivier Marketing for more than 14 years, serving customers in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.

Tom Templeton, chairman of the Dicksons board, said in a statement, “Steve Vandivier embodies the regard for people and a drive to make Dicksons successful that his father, Dave Vandivier did while he was president of Dicksons. Steve Vandivier’s past experience in his own company and his recent leadership in realigning Dicksons for future growth and success has set the stage for his new position.”
