White Plains, NY — Bob Mankoff, cartoon editor of The New Yorker and president of The Cartoon Bank, will sign prints of his work at the National Stationery Show, which takes place May 20–23 at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. His appearance promotes the launch of The New Yorker Line, a new greeting card collection from Ink Media Corp. which features the magazine’s classic cartoons by artists such as Mankoff, Roz Chast, Charles Barsotti and Leo Callum. The Nelson Line, U.S. distributor of the cards, will host the signing from 3–4 p.m. on May 21 in Booth 2346-2350. Afterwards, Mankoff will speak in room 3D01 about the role humor plays in society and at The New Yorker.
