CGS Promises Eclectic Mix

White Plains, NY — An eclectic global marketplace reflecting the multicultural flavor and trendsetting energy of Los Angeles will define the summer edition of the California Gift Show, running Friday, July 20 through Monday, July 23, at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Show manager George Little Management (GLM) promises the show will offer a diversity of international resources, including the World Style Auction and a range of “Only in L.A.” programs and events.
“The California Gift Show is all about bringing unique resources from around the world to create an extraordinary marketplace in L.A., a city that celebrates its role as a global crossroads by translating cross-cultural influences into daring new trends,” said Aubin Wilson, show director
The semiannual California Gift Show, managed by GLM on behalf of dmg world media, will feature some 5,000 product lines and attract 22,000 attendees. About 1,200 exhibitors will participate throughout 11 divisions: At Home; Boutique; EX•TRACTS; Fashion Accessories; Gifts, Etc.; Handmade; Jewelry (Cash & Carry); LA Contemporary; Resort, Souvenir & Licensing; Stationery & More; and World Style.
The Show will include resources from Bolivia, Burkina Faso, China, Ghana, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mali, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Peru, the Philippines, South Africa, South Korea and Turkey, among other countries. The show will also include a full schedule of workshops and other educational programs.
