Formation Brands Acquires Clay Art

San Francisco —

Formation Brands LLC, best known as a private label supplier and parent company to Slant Collections and Stir Collections, acquired thirty-year-old Clay Art, a producer of hand-painted ceramic tabletop and novelty gift products. Formation Brands plans to update the look of Clay Art with fresher, funkier designs, according to Leslie Miller, executive vice president of sales.
