Japanese Group Debuts at SFIGF
White Plains, NY — The Japanese group XCIDIA will make its U.S. tradeshow debut at the upcoming San Francisco International Gift Fair, running January 26–29, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. XCIDIA’s participation will expand the fair’s international resources to include a total of 100 companies from 14 countries.
Featuring contemporary innovative product, XCIDIA will be located in the Accent on Design section. It will present a selection of apparel, bed and bath accessories, home decor, housewares, stationery and museum gifts from 60 participants, all designed and produced in Japan.
“As a diverse, global marketplace, the San Francisco International Gift Fair is the perfect venue for the debut of XCIDIA's comprehensive collection of designer offerings — from home decor to giftware” said Michelle Wong of XCIDIA. “We have chosen the San Francisco Fair because the buyers here are open to new trends and unique, fashion-forward, contemporary styles.”
In addition to the group’s design-forward products, XCIDIA’s snap-together booth will also make a statement at the fair. Designed by a renowned Japanese architect, the structure will be a blend of traditional and modern Japanese Kohshi design made from birchwood. It will also incorporate the sounds of nature and ambient lighting to create a distinctive atmosphere for spotlighting the products of the group’s Japanese designers.
