Aurora Takes Ty to Court

Plush manufacturer Aurora World Inc. is suing fellow plush vendor Ty Inc., best known for its runaway hit Beanie Babies. Aurora alleges that Ty's Beanie Boos (shown far right) plush line infringes on Aurora's YooHoo & Friends copyright. A jury trial has been demanded.
