Ann Arbor, MI – On Friday Sassy Mood-lites were featured on the CBS Early Morning Show. The show highlighted that the lights are used to raise money for breast cancer manufacturer Innovative Analysis, Inc., dba Mood-factory, is donating a percentage of all Sassy sales to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Mood-factory is donating $0.50 for each Sassy Mood-lite sold in their online shop and $0.20 for each one sold through wholesalers or retailers to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Nonprofits can purchase Mood-lites at wholesale prices and resell them, keeping the profits for their charity.
Mood-lites also partnered with The Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign to illuminate The University of Michigan’s University Hospital. They turned the building pink on the evening of Monday, October 12, as part of The Estée Lauder Companies’ 10th Anniversary of its Global Landmark Illumination Initiative, a worldwide initiative during Breast Cancer Awareness Month to raise awareness for breast health and the importance of early detection.
