Lang Holdings Changes Name to Perfect Timing

Lang Holdings Inc. is changing its name to Perfect Timing Inc. as a result of the company's recently completed Chapter 11 restructuring. The company is now owned by Sun Capital Partners and Catterton Partners."This is a fresh start for us," said Laurie Giner, president and CEO.
