Mason, OH — Gift and stationery vendor C.M. Paula Co. acquired GeoCentral, a vendor of gifts and novelties created from seashells, rocks, fossils and other natural artifacts. GeoCentral’s financial, warehousing, and customer service functions will move to C.M. Paula headquarters in Mason.
GeoCentral products will ship from the Mason warehouse by mid-July. GeoCentral’s existing sales team remains in force under the new leadership of Mary Finke, president. The company's founders, Ken Niehaus and Elizabeth Bush, will provide consulting and new product development services.
GeoCentral is the fourth company acquired by The C.M. Paula Company since 2005: previous acquisitions include sports novelty brand Champion Treasures, Up With Paper pop-up greeting cards and stationery vendor and Slavic Treasures, a collegiate products and Christmas ornament company.
