Rauch v. Radko Trial Rescheduled

Charlotte, NC – The ongoing legal dispute between Rauch, owner of the Christopher Radko brand of Radko ornament ornaments, and Radko himself, is back on the court calendar. Rauch has been suing Radko for fraud since 2007. The parties had shifted their dispute to mediation in January of this year, but the mediator, Richard Tyndal, passed away in late September. They chose Leonard Benade of Hickory, NC, as substitute mediator and a follow-up mediation session was scheduled for October 27, according to a joint status report presented to the Court. The session was to involve only Rauch and Radko, as only they were involved in the remaining settlement issues. But although the parties said in the report that they would notify the Court of the status of the settlement following the session, as of November 4 no such update had been filed. In the meantime, on October 1 the court re-scheduled the trial for March 8, 2010, at 10 a.m.
