UPDATE: Soul's Calling Appears on Shark Tank Reality Show, Good Morning Texas

Dallas – Gina Cotroneo, founder of inspirational gift vendor Soul’s Calling, appeared on ABC's reality show Shark Tank on Sunday, August 30 at 9 p.m. EST. Cotroneo pitched five independently wealthy "sharks" to invest in Soul's Calling. For friends of the brand near its Dallas headquarters, the company held a viewing party at Kenny's Wood Fired Grill from 7-9:30 p.m.
According to RealityTV magazine, Catroneo asked for $150,000 for a 25 percent stake in her company, but the sharks passed because her numbers are so small. However that may change after her national exposure -- according to the Soul's Calling blog, the company got so many responses after the show aired that its website couldn't handle the load.

PLEEEEEEEEEZ! DO what GOD put in your heart to do. Remain faithful to the vision. Expand... sure... if GOD says the same. Meanwhile, as I listened to your presentation and feedback from the "Sharks" it occurred to me that you should consider partnering with "Dayspring", "Blue Mountain", etc.

I am very interested in the umbrella, and no matter what those "Sharks" said, I do not think you should abondon your products.I think there are many people that like inspirational saying. This is indicated by the company Sussessories. Have you ever heard of them? Please contact me about purchasing the umbrellas
