Enesco Named One of the Nation's Best and Brightest
GDA Staff -- Gifts & Dec, November 29, 2012
Recently recognized in July as one of "2012 Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For," Enesco was one of more than a thousand entrants from across the United States vying for a 2012 National Best and Brightest Companies to Work For title. Only those with the highest quality HR practices and employee enrichment could be judged worthy of the winners list.
"This is yet another tangible recognition of the efforts of all of our team," said Tom Bowles, CEO, Enesco, in a statement. "We really try to espouse the value that people are our most important asset, and this impressive honor confirms our team's passion for our business, and the trust and respect we have for each other."
Winners were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures, including compensation, benefits and employee solutions, employee enrichment, engagement and retention, employee education and development, recruitment, selection and orientation, employee achievement and recognition, communication and shared vision, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, community initiatives, and strategic company performance.
Throughout the past 10 years, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has identified best HR practices and honored companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.
"Our list of nationally recognized companies has grown significantly this year. This exceptional growth is a testament to how important this designation is for companies that want to have the best and brightest employees working for them," said Jennifer Kluge, president, NABR. "We are proud to recognize and honor these winning companies."
