Brandwise Responds to Suppliers, Agencies Post Hurricane Sandy

LAKEWOOD, CO - Brandwise has issued a statement for its suppliers and agencies currently out of power or without any communication following Hurricane Sandy, which hit the East Coast Monday evening.
For east coast suppliers that cannot process orders at this time, all orders will be available once business is operational again. The company will work with suppliers to ensure that they are able to obtain credit card information, even if orders cannot be processed within the seven-day timeframe. As a PCI compliant, Brandwise encrypts credit card information after seven days.
Agencies affected by Hurrican Sandy can send orders to suppliers, can continue to run data transfers and process orders as usual if they have an internet connection.
Suppliers and agencies that are not able to process orders can call the technical support at (877) 435-3225.
