Organic plush
The PureWaterWash used to make the miYim line of plush dolls, HosungNY,Brooklyn,N.Y., makes it an all-natural product. The cotton used to make the dolls is unbleached, untreated and unprocessed unlike conventional products on the shelves. Since cotton ranks second behind corn in the amount of pesticides sprayed on crops (according to the Organic Trade Association), the organic version of these traditional playthings are a potentially healthier alternative. Collections include Storybook, Peaceful Dreams, Sleepytime and Puppet Theater. The dolls retail for $34.99. An infant accessories line will also be available spring 2006.

D&D dragon races
In honor of the year of the dragon, Wizards of the coast,Renton,Wash., is releasing Races of the Dragon. The 160-page book features additional races for dragons for D&D players, new prestige classes, feats, equipment, spells and magic are also included. The book will be available January 2006 for a suggested retail price of $29.95. A Players Guide to Ebberon (also $29.95) will also be out in January.

Voltron
The animated series from the 1980s, Voltron makes a comeback as a collectible figure from Toynami, Sherman Oaks, Calif. The highly detailed Masterpiece Voltron is made of diecast metal and plastic and is packaged in a special book-style box with pull out drawer. The five robot lions transform to make the 11-inch version of Voltron, Defender of the Universe. All pieces are packaged together and retail for $149.99.

Make a wish
The Lucky Break Wishbones, from Lucky Break Wishbone,Seattle, is exactly that—wishbones. These replicas of the actual bone (only one per turkey) can be shared by everyone at Thanksgiving time or anytime they want to make a wish. Who needs birthday candles! The wishbones, made in the U.S., come in "funpacks" of four (SRP $3.99), five ($4.79), eight ($7.29) and 10 ($8.49). Floor displays that hold 100 packs of four wishbones can also be purchased as well as the 24-count party packs for $17.49. Additional packs of 12 through 400 wishbones are also available.
