will launch a new collection of illustrated, bilingual books and plush toys based on Latin American history and traditions. One world
Putumayo,New York,will release One World, One Kid CD this spring. The eight-track CD features songs fromAustralia,France,Jamaica,Colombiaand theU.S., specially picked by 6-year-old Skylar Pia. The songs are introduced as a radio show by Pia, which he did to cheer up his friend who had cancer. Part of the CD sales proceeds will go to Make-A-Wish foundation, which helped Pia’s friend (SRP $5.98). www.putumayo.com.
