Wonder Women finalists revealed

The 2009 Wonder Women of Toy Awards will take place on Feb. 16, 2009NEW YORK—Women In Toys has announced the finalists for the 2009 Wonder Women of Toys Awards.

The awards, presented in partnership with Playthings magazine since 2005, honor women of notable achievement or growing influence in fields directly associated with children's toys and entertainment. In all, 10 awards will be bestowed at a gala held on Feb. 16 at The Penn Club in New York City, including awards for three new categories: Consultant, Green and In Memoriam.
