Jakks to distribute Poof-Slinky overseas

Jakks Pacific has signed on to sell Slinky in international marketsMALIBU, Calif.—Jakks Pacific has been granted international distribution rights to Poof-Slinky’s entire portfolio.

The deal gives Jakks exclusive rights to distribute Poof-Slinky toys outside of North America, excluding the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico.

“We are excited to add Poof-Slinky to our robust portfolio of Jakks products worldwide,” said Carmine Russo, Jakks’ Executive Vice President of International Sales & Marketing. “Our international sales team will work closely with Poof-Slinky to build on the foundation we’ve already established across the world, and to maximize opportunities available to us with their strong relationships of over 60 years.”

Poof-Slinky’s brands include the iconic Slinky and its offshoots, Poof foam sports toys, Ideal branded table-top games and wooden construction sets, and Innovative by Nature novelty products.
