By Staff -- Gifts and Dec, 12/15/2009 8:06:00 AM

CYPRESS, Calif.—Bandai America has named former company sales executive Larry Falcon as its new senior vice president, toy sales.

Falcon is charged with promoting Bandai America’s brand portfolio of toys for kids of all ages and cultivating major relationships with all mass retailers.

“Larry’s wealth of toy industry experience will be essential to our continued expansion as well as bolstering existing partnerships with Bandai America Incorporated’s retailers,” said Mark Schaffner, Bandai America’s executive vice president, toys. “His proficiency in sales and management in our sector is crucial as the company’s business continues to grow in boys, girls, pre-school & hobby.”

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Falcon returns to Bandai to take over the same position he held for the company from 2002-2007. Most recently, Falcon served as Executive Vice President, Sales, for MGA Entertainment.
