Inspirational series seeks licensees

FT. LEE, N.J.—Inspirational children’s television producer The Giddy Gander Co. is launching a licensing campaign for its new animated preschool series The Wumblers.

The Wumblers stars Bertrum, a 5-year-old “wumbler,” and his buddy Raimundo, a bilingual Latin American snail, in adventures combining educational and inspirational elements generally themed around multicultural inclusion. The series will debut in September 2007 on two Christian market networks, TBN and Smile Of A Child.

Licensees are being sought for toys, DVDs, and books, according to the company. In particular, Giddy Gander is seeking companies that “display a strong commitment to giving back.”
