Rubin to head ICTI

MUNICH, Germany—Funrise Toy CEO Arnold "Arnie" Rubin was elected president of the International Council of Toy Industries at the association’s annual meeting this week.
Rubin’s three year term as leader of the association runs to June 2012.
A member of the Toy Industry Association's Advisory Committee to the TIA Board of Directors, Rubin's appointment marks the first time a TIA representativehas held ICTI’s top post since 2001.
TIA president Carter Keithley has served as ICTI Vice President – Americas since 2008.
