Brilliant Sky plans Chicago area store

EAST LANSING, Mich.—Specialty toy store franchisor TT&B Inc. said today it has finalized a deal to open a Brilliant Sky Toys & Books store in Deer Park, Ill., this September.
TT&B began franchising under the Brilliant Sky name in January 2007. It has multi-store developments underway in greater Phoenix —where one location is already in operation—and Charlotte, NC.
"2008 has been a time of great momentum for Brilliant Sky. We continue our trend of focusing on exceptional markets—the demographics in the Deer Park area are outstanding," said Brent Taylor, TT&B’s president and CEO. “As with all of our stores, our partnership with an experienced and passionate franchisee will be the key to our success in Deer Park”
Discussions are underway in “several key markets throughout the U.S.,” with additional deals anticipated throughout the remainder of 2008, according to the company.
