WASHINGTON—Evenflo, Miamisburg, Ohio, is recalling approximately 25,000 of its Switch-A-Roo Telephone toys due to a choking hazard.
The recall involves Evenflo Switch-A-Roo telephone toys made between October 2008 and June 2009 with model number 6391911. A mirror decal attached to the toy can peel away, posing a potential choking hazard, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. No injuries have been reported.
The Chinese-made toys were sold at juvenile product stores nationwide, including Toys “R” Us for about $8.
Consumers are asked to remove the mirror decal from the toy and permanently dispose of it. For more information contact Evenflo at (800) 233-5921 or http://safety.evenflo.com.
