2010 Toy Fair Issue Editorial Deadline

Toy Fair 2010 Editorial Coverage
 
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
• Press releases MUST be sent as Word files or PDFs without images in them. There is no limit to the number of releases that can be submitted and there is no limit to the length of the release. Releases will not run verbatim; we rewrite all information to fit our editorial guidelines.

• There is NO FEE for submitting press releases/images for our Toy Fair issue (or any issue for that matter).

• Press releases MUST be named using the following format: "YourCompanyName_ToyFair2010.doc" (or .pdf)
 
• Images may be sent in any of the following formats: jpg, tif, eps, gif. Images MUSTbe high resolution (that means they should be 300 dpi or above) and at least 3 inches by 3 inches.
 
• Images should not contain product packaging whenever possible. The only exceptions are for board games and puzzles. For board games, images that contain the game set up outside of the packaging will have a greater chance of running.

• Image files MUST be named using the following format: "YourCompanyName_ProductName.xxx"
 

HOW TO SUBMIT

All product information must be EMAILED toToyFairItems@reedbusiness.comPlease use the following format in the subject line of your emails: "YourCompanyName Toy Fair 2010 Submission"


MISSED DEADLINE
If you are not able to make the Dec. 18 deadline, please contact Playthings Editor-in-Chief Cliff Annicelli to arrange for an extended deadline.

PLAYTHINGS makes every effort to include all submissions received for our Toy Fair issue in our Toy Fair issue, but due to space constraints we cannot guarantee that all submissions will make it into the final publication.
