Demdaco Considering New Distribution Facility

Leawood, KS — Major gift vendor Demdaco is shopping for a new 300,000-square-foot distribution center, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.
Kevin Wilkerson, president of NAI Capital Realty in Overland Park, represents Demdaco and said the company will evaluate three options in the next 30 days: a new building, an existing building or renewal of its current lease.
"They have well over 300,000 square feet (of distribution space) now," Wilkerson said. "But in a modern facility that would have significantly higher clear height, they could fit in 300,000 square feet."
We would love your feedback!
