Alexa's Angels Top Colorado Co. to Watch

Windsor, CO — Alexa's Angels, best known for its collection of jewelry and fashion accessories, was named one of 50 AlexaCEO Beth Lang shown at right with Kelli Kottenstette, national sales managerColorado Companies to Watch for 2010. The company was recognized for its charitable contributions within the community, as well as its economic growth.

The award, hosted by the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade in partnership with the Edward Lowe Fdn., recognizes second-stage companies that are developing products and services, creating jobs, enriching communities and creating new industries throughout the state. More than 425 companies were nominated and the winners were chosen by a panel of independent judges. To be eligible, companies had to be privately held with six to 99 full-time equivalent employees and have $750,000–$50 million in sales or working capital.

The winners were honored at a Gala Awards event on June 18. "We are honored to be recognized among so many successful Colorado-based companies. It is a tribute to our entire team who truly understands our core values and who are committed to being part of a socially responsible, successful, growing company," said Beth Lang, founder and CEO.
