Playthings Staff -- Gifts and Dec, 7/12/2010 4:06:33 PM

ATLANTA - Infant product company, Kids II has been named as one of Georgia's fastest growing middle-market companies for 2010. The honor came from the Association for Corporate Growth Atlanta, Georgia Trend Magazine, and Cherry, Bekaert & Holland LLC.

Georgia's "Fast 40" spotlights the fastest growing middle-market companies each year. Qualifying companies must be headquartered in Georgia, have net sales between $15-$500 million, and show sustained revenue and employment growth over the past three years.

"Throughout the selection process we identified common trends among the Fast 40 companies, including a strong leadership team who invested in innovation during a tough economy," said Kip Plowman, managing partner of CB&H Atlanta. "CB&H recognized the tremendous achievements of the 40 Georgia-based companies at the Awards Gala held in June and in the Fast 40 feature displayed in the July issue of Georgia Trend magazine."

"Kids II has grown significantly as a result of our dedicated team and their efforts to build brands and design innovative products for babies and parents," said Ryan Gunnigle, CEO of Kids II. "We're honored to be recognized as a Fast 40 company for 2010."

With a proven 40-year track record, Kids II has produced more than 70 award-winning products that have revolutionized the infant product industry. Kids II is headquartered in Atlanta, with global operations on five continents and products sold in more than 60 countries worldwide.

Kids II designs, distributes and markets nearly 100 products under its Bright Starts brand name. Kids II also holds the license to design and manufacture products for Baby Einstein. The company‘s award-winning products have revolutionized the industry time and time again.
