New York —- The International Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association (LIMA) continues its 2010-2011 webinar series with a diverse trio of presentations designed to help licensing professionals enhance their skills and stay up to date on developments that affect their business.

Upcoming presentations include:
• September 28: "Using Your Style Guide as a Branding and Marketing Tool." Stan Madaloni and Jamie Warner of Mada Design Inc. will discuss how to create a style guide, and how the guide is itself a key element of an effective licensing program.
• October 12: "Valuing Your Brand and Licensing Property for Sale or Securitization." Wes Anson, chairman, Consor Intellectual Asset Management, provides guidelines for determining the true long-term value of intellectual property assets within the marketplace.
• October 20: "Managing Social and Environmental Compliance in the Supply Chain" highlights best practices of licensors and licensees in building collaboration with suppliers to support robust management of social and environmental issues in manufacturing. This program is created in cooperation with Business for Social Research consultants and several companies within the licensing business, to encourage compliance with licensor and retailer requirements.

Future topics will include:
• The "green" side of licensing
• Challenges and opportunities in emerging markets
• Case studies in sports, art and corporate brand licensing
• Effective social media strategies for licensors and licensees

LIMA webinars are 90 minutes and begin at noon EST. Sessions are free for LIMA members; cost to non-members is $99 per session.
