At its Fifth Avenue flagship in here, the store unveiled a full-floor home and gift department, anchored by twin shops for Lauren Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein Home, featuring furniture, home textiles, tabletop and giftware. The floor also sports a seasonal holiday trim shop and a candy area with an assortment that includes Dylan's Candy Bar and Godiva.

The Lauren and Calvin Klein areas each have impressive tabletop and gift assortments, integrated into the presentations of other classifications. The Ralph Lauren product is presented on a fully set dinner table surrounded by new dedicated fixturing highlighted by glass showcases. Calvin Klein offerings are shown on stark, minimalist shelves.

For the present, Lord & Taylor is only featuring home at its flagship. Store executives have said they hope to expand the program to other branch locations.
