Washington, D.C. and Ownings Mill, MD - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Big Ideas Marketing is voluntarily recalling its Horse-on-a-Stick Toys. The recall has been issued because the reins on the horse-on-a-stick toy's bridle are long enough to form a loop around a child's head and neck, posing a strangulation hazard to young children. The toys are filled with polyester fiber, have a fluffy mane and make neighing and galloping sounds when the ears are pressed.
