NYIGF Updates Website, Exhibitors, Seminars and Events
GDA Staff -- Gifts and Dec, 11/29/2010 3:58:28 PM
White Plains, NY - The New York International Gift Fair (NYIGF) website will include more interactive search tools designed to deliver more targeted and comprehensive search results. Keyword searches will now extend beyond exhibitor-supplied product category designations to include relevant product listings found in exhibitor catalogs posted to NYIGF's Online Catalog Gallery. Search results are now weighted based on relevance and prioritized based on the greatest number of product matches. Buyers also will be able to identify which field matched their request. Following product searches, buyers can create and save "walking lists" of NYIGF exhibitors, which can be used onsite during the Fair.
Also new for the January show is the Baby & Child "Peek-A-Boo" display, previewing new gear, décor, accessories and wearables from exhibitors in this new division. Editors of leading trade publications and representatives from top parenting blogs and websites will select their top picks in several categories.
New and Expanded Exhibitors
The Extracts division welcome new exhibitors Aquiesse, Bare Kiss Skincare, FarmHouse Fresh and Le Angelique. Caren Products will return following an absence. Expanding exhibitors include Aspen Bay Candles, Simpatico and Xela Aroma.
Companies returning to the At Home division include Elegant Earth, FermobUSA, Mainly Baskets and Orlandi. Expanding At Home exhibitors include Amity Home, Bliss Studio, Jamie Young Co., Jones & Jones Abode, Kevin O'Brien, Moss Studios, Roost, Ro-Sham-Beaux and Zentique. New companies will include Aviva Stanoff, relocating from Handmade, and Gatelier and Richard Parkman Furnishings, both returning following an absence from the New York Market.
At Home featuring Home Textiles expanding exhibitors include Allem Studio, Brahms Mount and Busatti. Afera Designs, Boca Grande Furnishings, DownRight, Madeira Embroideries Institute and Marcel Miller will return following an absence from the market, and newcomers include Aalamwaar, Dr eam Designs and Pluto.
Expanding Tabletop & Housewares exhibitors include Deborah Rhodes, Joseph Joseph, Mastrad, Picnic Time and Reed & Barton. Companies returning after an absence include Alexandra Von Furstenberg, Mane Lion and Scantrends. Arbiter, a new wholesale division of Salt of the Earth and Make International will debut within Accent on Tabletop.
