Millers Return to Retail

Altadena, CA - Michael and Meredith Miller, Retailer Excellence Award winners for their former store South Pasadena-based Fair Oaks Pharmacy, are back in the business. After selling Fair Oaks Pharmacy five years ago, with Meredith taking a turn on the wholesale side, the Millers have purchased the 84-year-old Webster's Pharmacy. Miller also owns a pharmacy in Palm Springs.
"This pharmacy is an Altadena icon, and we want to see it brought back and made a special place for the community again," Miller said Monday. "It's a challenge, but we're looking forward to turning it back into an Altadena meeting place. We're basically going to take it back to the years when it was THE place," he said. "We have some ideas on how to do that, although we're in the early stages. But we want to let everyone know what we're doing and get everyone involved...make it a place people want to be."
We would love your feedback!
