Gift For Life Gala Raises Record Funds

New York - Gift industry charity Gift for Life's Party for Life event raised more than $150,000. The 19th annual event was Gift
for Life boathouse crowd Party for Life held on Sunday, January 30 at the Central Park Boathouse, and hosted more than 350 attendees.

Gift for Life AwardsJenny Hammons, Gift for Life chairperson, said in a statement,"To date we have raised nearly $5 million for HIV/AIDS research and assistance through the generous help of partners and party attendees. We look forward to seeing everyone in January 2012."

Also at the event, the Design for Life Award was presented to Kathy Ireland, the Bert Tonkin Gift of Giving Award, to David Moses; and the Trailblazer Award, to Mud Pie LLC founder and CEO Marcia Miller.
