Mattel Shutters Shangai Barbie Store

Shanghai, China - Mattel is closing the six-story Barbie store in Shanghai, two years after it opened in honor of the doll's 50th anniversary. The store featured a spa and bar as well as, of course, hundreds of dolls, and was designed to raise awareness of the Barbie brand in China.
