Call For Submissions National Stationery Show Introductions
Gifts & Decorative Accessories is getting ready for the National Stationery Show issue. We invite you
to submit new product photography or artwork, and information you would like editors to consider featuring.
All products must be brand new introductions for 2012. Of course there is no charge as this is an editorial
initiative. But please do follow these important guidelines:
DEADLINE: March 12, 2012
PHOTOGRAPHY GUIDELINES: Please send high resolution - 300 DPI or higher - digital images, at least 5"
in size at 300 dpi, in jpeg or tif format, and saved for the PC. If several images are contained on one CD,
please include printouts of the images, along with their identifications.
IDENTIFICATION: Include product name, manufacturer, manufacturer address, product description, suggested
retail price, email and phone number.
HOW TO SUBMIT: Digital images and information should be emailed to stationerydesk@giftsanddec.com.
Identification - including product name, manufacturer, manufacturer address, product description, ship date,
SRP, and email or phone number of contact - must be included in the body of each email.
Digital images may also be saved to a CD or thumb drive and mailed/overnighted to Gifts & Decorative Accessories,

To upload images to Gifts & Dec by FTP, point your Web browser to: ftp.sandowmedia.com
Enter:
User Name: burlap
Password: giftsanddec
Place your images in the folder called 2012_NSS.
Please make sure they have your company in the file name.
Please remember that you must still provide all other qualifying product information to
stationerydesk@giftsanddec.com with a notation that images are being sent via FTP.
