Southwork Co. Purchased Assets of Lallie Inc.

Agawam, MA - Southworth Co., a manufacturer and marketer of fine cotton fiber business papers, specialty papers and related products, purchased the assets of Maryland-based Lallie Inc., a designer and manufacturer of social stationery, invitations and announcements.
Nancy Lowell Lashley, founder and President of Lallie Inc., will remain creative director and head of sales and marketing for the Lallie product lines. The Lallie design and production facilities will remain in Millersville, MD.
