AZ Home Acquires nexxt Assets

Toronto - AZ Home & Gifts acquired the assets of the nexxt division of Linea, manufacturer and distributor of contemporary home decor and lifestyle accessories. The acquisition encompasses the assets of the nexxt division and all brands including nexxt, Enigma and Tote du Jour.

The nexxt products will continue to be sold under the nexxt brand. "AZ Home & Gifts and nexxt are an excellent strategic fit for each other. We see a tremendous value in the nexxt brand and are commited to building quality innovative products that fit consumer needs," said Brad Glessing, vice president of AZ Home & Gifts.
