Technology marketing company SnapRetail promoted Tara Dikos to vice president of sales. Dikos joined the company last year, and has since implemented a lead referral program as well as helping sales representatives to use SnapRetail's software to

advance their own business and lead the company's showroom presence at physical markets. In her new role, Dikos will work closely with CEO Ted Teele and vice president of business development Tyler Johnston. She will be responsible for supporting the company's growth of retailer customers through its network of sales and vendor partners. She will also be responsible for vendor relationships, including managing the company's vendor sponsorship program and vendor content acquisition. Finally, she will be a member of the company's executive management team, and in that capacity, help to determine SnapRetail's strategy, priorities and tactics.
MMPI promoted Paul Heinen to senior vice president, overseeing the company's office, retail and contract furnishings industries, according to G&DA's sister publication Casual Living magazine. In his new role, Heinen will be responsible for all office and retail activities at MMPI properties in Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington DC and Boston. He will also oversee MMPI's contract furnishings business. Heinen will replace Mark Falanga, who was recently named president of MMPI. He joined MMPI in 2009 as vice president of office leasing.
Erdmann Kilian is taking over as manager of marketing and communications for Messe Frankfurt's Ambiente and Tendence consumer goods fairs, which begin on September 1. He will be responsible for all aspects of national and international press and PR work. Kilian reports to Nicolette Naumann, vice president for Ambiente and Tendence. Killian most recently served as manager of corporate communications at Oliver Wyman Consulting GmbH. He succeeds Ina Stoltze, who now serves as brand manager for other Messe Frankfurt shows IFFA, Texcare and Texcare Forum.
Also new to the Ambiente and Tendence team is Yvonne Engelmann, who will serve as director of the Giving section, which includes individual gift ideas, trendy lifestyle products and high-grade jewelry. Engelmann will also report to Naumann. Engelmann most recently served as project manager for new customer acquisition for Messe Frankfurt Group's guest-

event division.
E.L.K. Lighting Group named Jason Evans to the position of eastern division manager, reporting to James Ashley, vice president of sales and marketing. Evans previously spent the past 12 years in a variety of positions with Memphis-based Hunter Fan Company and Casablanca Fan Company. Evans' responsibilities will include managing the lighting showroom sales force in the Eastern United States and implementing sales programs across the company's brands; E.L.K. Lighting, Landmark Lighting, Sterling Industries, Bailey Street, Nulco Lighting, Artistic Lighting & Design and Dimond. Evans will maintain offices in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
