Gamewright Earns Mensa Award

Gamewrights Imagine GameNEWTON, MA – Gamewright recently took home top honors at the 2017 Mind Games for its Imagine game. Each year, Gamewright and other game publishers submit their products to be played with and evaluated by Mensa members during the Mind Games national games competition. During the 42-hour marathon game-playing session, attendees assess the year’s newest board games based on design creativity, challenge, replay-ability, quality of the rules and fun factor. By the end of the session, the votes are tallied and the top five games, out of the 74 tested this year, are awarded the Mensa Select Seal.

Gamewright’s Imagine, a family party game based on a deck of 61 transparent icon cards, is one of this year's winners. In the game, players try to get others to guess from over 1,000 different prompts by combining, overlapping and animating the transparent cards to bring their clues to life.
