Fairhope, AL - Balloons Everywhere and Balloon Wholesalers International merged in early October under the Balloons Everywhere brand. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The company serves the gift shop distribution channel as well as supermarkets, florists, party stores, arts and crafts stores, and event planners from its distribution centers in Fresno, CA, and Fairhope.
