“I knew we had a hard task ahead of us,” explained Rudy Valenta, president of the U.S. branch of Japan’s People Co., Ltd., “in introducing a Japanese brand to the U.S. market. It would be impossible to accomplish all of our goals without a strong sales team with long-standing relationships with the toy industry. After all, they are the eyes and ears that listen to our retailers.”

“Our selection process was simple,” continued Valenta. “We interviewed dozens of retailers to listen to who they thought were their best and most reliable sales reps. The same names were recommended again and again in conversation.”

“We now have the most knowledgeable, organized and friendly sales group in the country on my team,” he added. “I couldn’t be more excited to have them represent People Toy Company and help us on our mission to getting our products into stores and in children’s hands.”
