Home decor flash sales site One King's Lane hired Dinesh Lathi as its new CFO. In his new role, Lathi will lead finance, operations and customer service for the retail site. Previously, Lathi was employed by eBay, where he most recently served as vice president of managed marketplace and seller experience.

Australian-owned greeting card company For Arts Sake is entering the U.S. market place. The company tapped Jeff Driscoll as vice president of sales. Driscoll previously held sales and marketing positions at Recycled Paper Greetings, Suzy's Zoo Greetings and most recently Fravessi/Paper Street Greetings. Jeff will run For Arts Sake's new U.S. office and distribution center in Atlanta. The company will launch officially in the U.S. at the Atlanta gift show in January.

Andrea Colvin was named vice president, content/executive producer, book division, at gift book and calendar publisher Andrews McMeel Publishing (AMP). Colvin will oversee AMP's creative team and direct both digital and print content development. She joined the company October 17 and will report to Kirsty Melville, president, book division, AMP. Colvin previously held positions at Open Road Integrated Media, Abrams, the Penguin Group, the San Francisco Chronicle, Peachpit Press, Adobe magazine, Publish, Macweek, and Macworld.

Indoor and outdoor home decor vendor Magnet Works Ltd. hired Debbie Glud as national sales manager, effective October 17. Before joining Magnet Works, Glud served as director of sales for Lineworks Family of Reps, which represents Magnet Works in several Eastern states. In her new role, Glud will lead Magnet Works' network of over 100 independent sales reps across the country.

Saban Brands LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saban Capital Group Inc., named Joshua Milton as director of digital production. Reporting to Dan Silberberger, Milton will oversee the development of games, web, mobile, and online video for Saban Brands, whose properties include Power Rangers and Paul Frank. Milton has specialized in online and mobile gaming for more than 15 years, previously working with companies such as Disney, Electronic Arts and Universal Music Group. Most recently, he was the director of game production and operations at Sony Pictures Television. Saban Brands also hired Rebekah Belzer as director of licensing. Reporting to Nina Leong, senior vice president of licensing for Saban Brands, Belzer will manage all existing license partnerships and seek out new strategic license partnerships in the apparel and softlines categories. Prior to joining Saban Brands, Ms. Belzer spent seven years at Disney Consumer Products. Belzer has also previously worked with The Gap, Gymboree and The Disney Store.

Showroom building 230 Fifth Avenue, known as The New York Market Center, hired Dennis Keehn to handle its advertising, marketing and website-related initiatives. Keehn, of The Keehn Company, has a client roster which has included Bloomingdale's, Timex, The 225 Gift Building, Colgate Palmolive and others. He created the advertisements for 230 Fifth Ave. from 1991 through 2008.
