New York - Hannah Handmade, a custom invitation manufacturer, was recently named a winner in the BizBash New York Event Style Awards competition for Best Invitation Design in 2011.
Created for the National Stationery Show, the winning entry, Paper Power, invited key event planners to the business-to-business market for stationery and related lifestyle products. The invitation arrived in a handmade fuchsia box, embellished with Swarovski crystals. Inside, an acrylic panel rested on a feather boa; tucked in the lid was a multi-page book showcasing a range of printing and finishing techniques, from letterpress and engraving to edge coloring and die cutting. The invitation was designed by Hannah Handmade's founder and designer Andrea Liss.
Liss also recently made a personal appearance at a trunk show hosted by New York stationery retailer Kate's Paperie. The Hannah Handmade invitation collection will be exclusively available in New York City at Kate's Paperie.
